PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Fluoroelastomer precompound is an intermediate material used in the production of high-performance rubber products. It is primarily composed of FKM raw gum, which has a high fluorine content and strong carbon-fluorine bond stability, ensuring excellent chemical and heat resistance. The raw gum is typically produced through free radical polymerization of vinyl monomers, such as vinylidene fluoride (VDF). At the precompound stage, curing agents, accelerators, and other additives are introduced to enhance processing and performance characteristics. However, the mixing intensity and ingredient ratios differ from fully compounded materials, allowing manufacturers to further adjust the formulation based on specific application needs.

Fluoroelastomer precompound is widely used in applications that require chemical resistance and durability, making it a key material for seals, oil hoses, gaskets, and pipeline linings. Once processed, it is commonly found in automotive components, petrochemical equipment, aerospace systems, and semiconductor manufacturing, where long-term performance under demanding conditions is required.

BY air MOQ is 20-25KG, by sea MOQ is 100KG.

For stock goods, we can arrange delivery within 3 work days, otherwise delivery time is around 7-14 work days.

Usually goods are packaged with PE film in carton. The weight is 20-25kg net per carton. 500KG in a pallet.
